This project includes the reuse of an existing fire station building. The complete site includes new office buildings designed with similar materials as the existing fire station. The existing fire station is redesigned for reuse as additional office space. This site is developed with a total of three buildings spaced within the narrow site. The building scale is consequently kept down and blends well within the local building context.
