This development will be a varied composition of upscale retail, general commercial, and restaurants. Overall, the plan accommodates approximately 115,000 square feet of commercial building. Five commercial buildings face the proposed Chilson Drive in a “main street” configuration. The site has been designed to provide a central pedestrian plaza to encourage community interaction within the commercial area. The overall site layout was based upon a desire to minimize impact upon the natural features of the land.
