This Shopping Center, built in the 1960’s, is located in the Mies van der Rohe Historic District. The existing center, although not designed by Mies Van De Rohe himself, was inspired by him. The renovation enhances the center while becoming a more just building to Mies Van De Rohe’s style. A new plaza was constructed between the two existing and renovated retail buildings.
