This strip shopping center will be located just south of the sister 60,000 square foot Kroger Food Store project. It will be the third phase of the Shops at Northeast Village Development and will accommodate approximately 35, 000 square feet of multiple tenant retail space and a 14,000 square foot church. Just like the first phase, the building will be constructed as a steel frame masonry load bearing construction. It is also designed to reflect the streetscape planned for Gratiot Avenue.
